An over-stuffed chair had been set on the sidewalk just around the corner from the street. The ugliness off the fabric explained why it had been discarded.

The Fillmore Jazz Festival featured many booths of wares, food and clothing for sale. One booth was selling fabric. This arrangement of green cloth was hanging on the outside of that booth.

Blown over awning

A rain storm the night before had led to a bit of minor damage, mostly caused by the accompanying wind. Here, a shade umbrella had blown over and lay upside down on the sidewalk. The center post hole had filled with rain water.
