Bozo the Clown was an inflated figure that promoted fresh water at a festival. Note the classic, albeit plastic, hair.

These two clowns were leaning against the side of a building. The street by now was filled to overflowing and the sidewalks were filled with runners walking toward the front of the race. This photograph was taken while walking upstream back toward the bay.

A clown posed for a photograph in Justin Herman Plaza just before the start of the parade. But this clown stupidly decided to move just before the shot was taken.
