A new mural (as of October 2019) by Believe in People was painted on the side of a building at Market Street and Franklin Avenue. This mural was best viewed from Oak Street. It was an incomplete mural that displayed a child dressed as an, "Officer, Police Department." The child held a gun that had not yet been painted into existance.
