![]() A sign led the way into the exhibit. It was just off the north end of the parking lot, just across the street from the Legion Of Honor.

![]() A short walk along a level path led to the exhibit. The first item seen was a sign attached to a wall that described the artist's intent. It read: "THE HOLOCAUST"

![]() To the right of the description were three more signs that told the story of the Holocaust in greater historical detail.

![]() From the level of the descriptions, one looked over the wall and seemed to peer down into a Nazi extermination camp from behind.

![]() The view of the exhibit from the front. There was a low wide wall along the front for people to sit and contemplate the exhibit. The photograph was taken from a high angle by standing on that wall.

![]() The standing man represented the lone survivor waiting at the barbed wire fence for anyone to arrive to save him.

![]() The dead bodies piled on the ground were in the open. Anyone can wander among them to either admire the art or to decry the offense.

![]() Two dead men appeared to hold hands. This was either accidental or the artist wished to suggest that gays were also killed in the death camps.
