The mural was located on the corner of Sanchez Street and 19th Street in San Francisco, California. It was painted on a section of wall between a closed shop and a house's front door. The mural was shaded by a mature tree.

The mural was signed in the lower right by what appears to be "J Manuel." Below that was "MANUEl165" for J Manual Carmona. And below that "#JMPRIDE2017."

Another sign, but in the lower left, read, "Thanks to: Juanita More, Austin Efurd, Jonathan H. & San Francisco's Community."

Even when the image was cropped, the effect remained very dramatic.

The rainbow flag had its green and blue sections painted over the face of a vented box. Notice the streaks of darker color painted over the flag to create the effect of a wind-blown fabric.
