The mural was painted on the side of the Chase Bank building at the non-parking side of a parking lot.

Each panel of the mural was a part of one long scene of a hillside with various folks upon it.

The signature was in the lower right of the panel nearest the sidewalk. It read, "Lacey 2018."

The first panel showed a mother and daughter walking up a hill. The mother had just let go of her daughter's hand.

The second panel showed the girl stopped and gazing up at a hole in the sky shaped like the number 4. A ladder provided access to the hole.

The third panel showed a youth gazing through the key hole of an invisible door at a moth in flight.

The fourth panel illustrated a girl with her dog in pursuit of a heart shaped balloon.

The last two (or first two depending on direction of movement) show a girl holding a clock next to a woman (possibly her mother) whose head was surrounded by moths. The moths flew into the next panel and up to a bright orb atop a tower. The panel to the right showed a car parked next to a pile of abandoned books.
