A sign posted on the ground near the sculpture read in part, "Fiberglass-reinforced plastic, metal, and urethane paint."

The artist Yayoi Kusama signed the work inside a green polka dot, "Yayoi Kusama 2012."

A statue of a flower reclined on its back. It was located on a low round platform in front of 33 Tehama. The plaza in which it laid was covered in dozens of large red polka dots.

The flower appeared to lay on its back with one foot on the ground and one kicked high in the air.

The flower featured white polka dots on red, surrounding blue polka dots on black, surrounding green polka dots on yellow. The center of the eye was composed of pink bent rectangles against a black background.

One of the leafs of the flower was green covered in large chartreuse polka dots.

The sculpture was covered in polka dots of all colors.

The view of the sculpture looking out at Tehama Alley. The presence of a large seating area (as well as the presence of a guard) prevented folks from sitting on the sculpture.
