The mural of a human skull was painted on the face of a wall at 643 Brannan Street, in San Francisco. The lower part of the mural was masked by a parked motorcycle. The eyes of the skull gazed off to the viewer's left. Notice how part of the mural was reflected in the window of a parked car.

This side view of the mural provides a more detailed view of the skull. A doorbell was screwed to the jaw of the skull. The teeth of the skull were as even as a row of corn. This mural and Ziegler's bicycle mural were kitty corner from each other. The bike mural was signed, this skull mural was not signed.
