This art box was created by 333 Arts in Alameda. Their signature appeared burned into the wood at the base of the box.

The box had an opening in its upper half. Plexiglas covered the opening to protect the scene inside it. The word at the top of the box was, "Artifact."

The scene inside covered the painted remains of an old pay phone. The box was filled with fake leaves and small figurines of gnomes.

A bird rested on top of the painted pay phone. Tiny flowers grew from the broken end of the phone's handset.

Leaves cascaded down the inside of the box. A tiny gnome rested on a branch near the bottom.

A family of gnomes lived at the bottom of the art box. Toadstools were used as tables. The family gazed out of the box directly at the huge human looking inside.
