Four windows were covered in a four panel mural depicting birds in flight.

The birds in the left-side windows both had their wings up in flight.

The three birds in the right-side windows all had their wings down in flight.

At the bottom of the left-side windows was a sign indicating that the city of Eugene sponsored this art. The department is called,"Windowfront Exhibitions."
