![]() Several food stalls were doing a brisk business that afternoon at the Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival. This particular booth offered hot dogs for sale. They were being grilled over a flame by a woman holding metal tongs.

![]() Another booth offered Mexican food for sale. Here, tortillas were being made by hand. Notice how the hands wore gloves for health safety, and how the person making the tortilla drank a soda from a recyclable aluminum can.
