The Nothing Bundt Cakes company had a booth right at the Caltrain entrance to the fair. The offered tiny samples of their cakes to entice you into purchasing a full sized cake.

The Canadian Farm Organic booth personnel (unseen) handed out samples of their snack bars for children and adults, as well as small boxes of their organic breakfast cereal. Here in the foreground, a man handed out small samples of Lärabar snack bars. Occasionally he would become enthusiastic and toss samples out into the passing crowds.

The Artisan Indian Cuisine booth offered fresh organic Indian cuisine.

One booth offered "Polish Sausage, Chicken portabello Mushroom Sausage" and "Fire Roasted Sweet Corn" and Arizona Iced Tea. The corn and iced tea were US $3.00 each.

Another booth laid out examples of the food offered. Here was an example of a "Chicken Sandwich," covered with grilled peppers, mushrooms and onions.

The usual fair sight of chicken laid out on a large outdoor grill and being roasted and steamed while a man with tongs and a reversed hat stands ready to adjust them.

A booth that sold dipping oils in a wide variety of flavors. Here, a woman handed out samples of bread on toothpicks that could be dipped and tasted to discover the unique flavors.

A man had just purchased a meal from a booth and stood on the sidewalk and watched the passersby while anticipating that first bite.
