A concrete sphere was placed at the entrance to the road to keep cars from driving on it. The sphere had slots in its base that allowed it to be lifted by a forklift. Also notice a chain wrapped around it, which made it look tough.

One sign banned "Bicycle Riding," "E-Scooter Riding," and "Skateboarding." A second sign required folks to "Walk Your Bike." (Sort of a Catch 22)
