One costume that afternoon was that of a reindeer, complete with antlers, face makeup, and glasses. Difficult to see in this shot was the reindeer hand puppet being held toward the camera.

Another non-Santa outfit was worn by a man dressed as a pink bunny with drooping ears and glasses. He was chatting on a phone while holding a bottle of "Hell Or High Watermelon Beer."

The elf was an alternative to a Santa. This fellow was dressed as an elf, complete with big ears attached to his hat. He was busy composing a self portrait.

The Grinch was another alternative costume at Santacon. Here was a full face Grinch costume flanked by a Santa and an elf.

A man dressed in a lion costume that only covered his body. His head wore a Santa hat and glasses.

Another reindeer costume featured a full head mask that looked furry and soft. That particular costume became a magnet for photo opportunities.

A three-piece marching band arrived late led by a drummer wearing a clown nose and reindeer antlers.

A man dressed as an abominable snowman arrived arm in arm with a woman dressed as a queen.

A reindeer named Walden pranced along the sidewalk, accompanied by a naughty man while being watched by a man with a small dog.

Two fellows arrived wearing just a matching pair of elf hats, dressed otherwise in normal street clothes.
