 One of the "floats" for the San Francisco Fire Department was an antique fire truck. One of the firemen atop the truck was giving away plastic fire helmets to kids in the crowd.

 The front of an old army fire truck was decorated by the folks at KFOG FM Radio Station. Notice that the red light above the headlight had been gelled green for the event.
