![]() William Carter, Monday 12 May 2008 Neither wishing to remove nor change the caption, I do wish to note that the "old carrousel" owner has posted some pretty wussy rules. Each one has the sad signature of a dying, desperate, and hopelessly litigious State. Carrousels are for fun. Only for fun. The rule should read (actually, it should be clearly understood), "Have Fun".
