A Santa pillow lay sideways on our sofa on Christmas eve.

Another pillow on our sofa was titled, "Christmas Trees." Lower on the pillow were the words, "Cut Your Own, Balsam Fraser Fir White Pine."

The dining room table was set with food for the guests. One tray had cheese and crackers. Another tray had shrimp and sauce. A third tray has pigs-in-a-blanket. And the final tray had cream cheese with jelly and crackers.

In the kitchen, a glass tray was piled high with sliced ham.

Some continued to slice the meat from its bone on the stovetop.

A big pot of green beens warmed on the stove top while the ham was cut.

The wine rack was decorated with cotton snow, evergreen trees, and houses.
