![]() Every Sunday morning the combined military and police in the area performed a flag raising ceremony to honor the fallen dead. A parade circled the central plaza. Civilians were banned from their plaza during the parade. This Military Policeman asked the tourist photographers to remain across the street on the sidewalk.
