Spray paint decorated the part of a building facing the road out from Oranjestad, Aruba. A pigeon on the ground watched the bus pass. An earlier graffiti of, "PA," was painted out using red paint. The newest graffiti was, "ABP," and was panted in blue over the earlier graffiti.
