![]() Their stables surrounded a fenced yard in the center of which was a shelter for their two carts. One of those carts was oxen drawn for the transport of tourists.

![]() The view on the road into the farm. To the left were the stables. Ahead was a large, round fire pit. To the right was a building that housed the pigs. A dog was just then headed inside that building.

![]() The farm was surrounded by acres of cultivated land and grassy fields where cows and horses could graze. In the immediate foreground were pineapple plants and young lime trees. Beyond were fields of beans.

A large, black farm-dog relaxed that afternoon on the narrow porch of a farm building.
It lay between a locked door and two shuttered windows over which was hung a bull's skull.
In the center of it all was a small "G Adventures"

This was just outside the farm proper and next to the pole trees
with hammocks
