Benton County Courthouse, An Historic Building, Corvallis, Oregon Built in 1888-89, The Benton County Courthouse is the oldest in Oregon still being used for its originalpurpose.

Whiteside Theater, An Historic Building, Corvallis, Oregon When built in 1922, the Whiteside Theater was the second grandest movie palace in Oregon at that time. The building is an excellent example of Italian Renaissance architecture applied to a theatre. It is probably Corvallis' best historic commercial building in terms of original design and integrity.
