Rain Bird style sprinklers were watering the lawns that day. A sign in the grass indicated the direction to the Manito Park Bench Cafe.

Vast lawns with scattered trees created the classic park appearance. In fact, it was so well groomed it could be mistaken for a golf course.

Part of the park ran straight and narrow between two parallel streets. The effect was to cause the trees to also run parallel.

A stone bridge ran over a road. A car that drove over the bridge from screen left to right would loop around and emerge passing under the bridge and driving toward the camera. In other words, the road over the bridge was the same as the road under the bridge.
