At the end of the entry was a display of tiles created by at-risk youth. Seven of the tiles spelled out the word, "Animals."

The sign read:

Art-Ability
A partnership between:
Phoenix School: an alternative highschool for at risk youth
Umpqua Valley DisAbilitites Network: an independent living center
that serves people with disabilities
Umpqua Valley Arts Association: Providing art and studio facilities

The Art Ability Grant provided an opportunity for these groups to work together to learn about art and explore their creativity in a safe environment. They worked on individual projects and on this group tile project for display at the Wildlife Safari. The program was funded through a grant from Douglas Community Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation and administered by Umpqua Valley Arts Association.

The tiles of the upper left corner of the display included a butterfly, a dog, and fish.

The lower left corner of the display illustrated a mouse, pig, alligator, sheep, pony, and puppy.

The lower center of the display pictured a pineapple, a fish, an anchor, a snake, a mouse and a fish.

The center right of the exhibit contained images of lion, a bird, a snake, a rabbit, and a cat.
