On the second level, at the top of the circular ramp in the center of 4 Embarcadero Center, was a men's clothing store. This was one of the windows of that store.

A pair of esclators. One ran up to this floor from the ground floor, and the other ran down to the ground level from this level.

A pair of escalators connected the middle level to the top level. Notice that, despite the fact that the shopping center is mostly open to the elements, the escalators were covered.

The Eye Carumba Optometry store was closed just then and being vacuumed clean.

Stairs led down into the middle level that connected 3 Embarcadero Center to 4 Embarcadero Center. Note that you can see Eye Carumba Optometry and the escalators from the ramp.
