The shopping mall was perched high on a cliff overlooking the highway and ocean. Despite its height, it appeared to be perfectly normal inside.

Surrounded by high-rises

An open-air shopping center

Because of the year-around warm weather, the shopping center was open to the air with lots of awnings. The awnings protected customers from rain.
