Razor wire topped barbed wire on a chain link fence in San Francisco. A shirt had been either thrown over the fence and caught, or fell from the sky and caught. As more frightening thought, perhaps a person fell through the fence and left his or her shirt behind.

Mourning Dove Trapped Inside Razor Wire

A mourning dove appeared to be trapped inside the coils of razor wire, but this was only an illusion. The bird was actually perched just beyond the razor wire.
