Driver's Compartment

A driver compartment was at either end of the articulated trolley car. Near the driver door was the hardware used to load and unload wheelchairs and the like.

The doors were opened by pressing a button on either side. Note that the button was in the aisle, not near the door. A hasty person could approach the door and up close not see the button.

Low Entry With Stairs

The doors were opened for entry by pressing a button on either side of the doors. Once open, despite low ground level entry, one was faced with stairs to climb.
