![]() The walk along Leslie Street takes one past many auto repair shops and one business that sold logs and raw lumber. The entrance from Leslie Street lay between an auto repair and the empty lot used by the wood business.

![]() Arms would lower when a train came to prevent pedestrians from crossing the tracks. An "Emergency Exit," allowed those caught on the tracks at the time to exit. Beyond this gate was the path leading to 17th Street.
