The private park was a tree lined walkway with seating. The walkway was wide and, despite being bracketed by tall buildings, felt wide open.

In one area, not yet shaded by a nascent tree, seating was provided by large flat boulders.

In another area, the seating was created from concrete pods like short stools.

A dense line of foliage grew alongside the SFMTA building.

A sign part way through the park, labeled it as, "Rincon Place." To the left was a ramp for the disabled. Ahead was a flight of stairs.

The short, 4 story building to the right was formally named the "Bay Area Metro Center ."

To the left were wooden steps leading up and out of the park. To the right were larger steps for seating, perhaps a good place to enjoy lunch.
