While riding the Tahoe Duck Tour the amphibious vehicle entered the water using the boat ramp in the South Lake Tahoe Marina. Thus began a tour of part of Lake Tahoe.

The Tahoe Duck Tour accessed the lake by traveling out a channel from the Marina.

The Tahoe Duck Tour passed by an odd looking boat at rest in a slip of the marina. This boat is used by Lake Tahoe Balloons to launch their hot air balloons when the weather is right.

The Tahoe Duck Tour revealed a camper in the distance on the shore of the lake.

The Tahoe Duck Tour revealed homes that had been built right on the shore of the lake.

The Tahoe Duck Tour went out into the lake. In the distance on a far shore across choppy water was a cabin.

The Tahoe Duck Tour provided a dramatic view of the lake with mountains behind and with distant sailboats near the far shore.

The Tahoe Duck Tour turned to return to the marina. The scene then changed into three layers of blue, from the sky, down to the mountains, to the blue water of the lake.

A gondola ride up the mountain into Heavenly Ski Resort, provided a dramatic overview of the lake with South Lake Tahoe below in the foreground.

A run down looking shack was built out into the waters of the lake. It looked dilapidated because of its weathering but was really in excellent shape. Out front were contemporary tables, chairs, and sun umbrellas.
