Park access was at the end of 5th Avenue and kitty-corner across the street and across railroad tracks. A train had just passed, so access to the entry path was clear and accessible.

A new asphalt path provided access for pedestrians and bicycles to Downtown Riverfront Park.

A large sticker was adhered to the sidewalk. It was shaped like an arrow and indicated the way into "Downtown Riverfront Park."

Parking inside Downtown Riverfront Park was limited to two hours. Notice you were allowed to pay for parking using the, "Park Smarter App," or by using a nearby pay station.

Motor vehicle access to Downtown Riverfront Park was along a road from the north.

The path into Downtown Riverfront Park passed underneath a section of elevated freeway.

A street sign inside Downtown Riverfront Park illustrated that this was the corner of 5th Avenue and Ferry Street.

Access into Downtown Riverfront Park was across a road and down a path toward the covered picnic area.

Temporary fences limited access to the park. This is were 5th Avenue access led.
