A sculpture called "Play" by Isamu Noguchi created a fun item upon which kids could play.

A large mosaic on a wall by the escalators featured two people jumping at a basketball with the words, "The Bay" on either side of the ball.

The back of Chase Center stadium towered over the path at the back. Newly planted trees provided little shade. Lit poles were available at night.

Decks at the back of the Chase Center provided views of Terry A. Francois Boulevard and the Bay Bridge.

Native grass grew in raised beds that bordered the stadium. Bench seating bordered the garden.

Mirror Ball sculpture by Olafur Eliasson lay on the sidewalk behind the stadium. To reach them from the rear viewing level required descent of a staircase.

The back of the stadium was laid out in layers above the second floor viewing decks.
