In the exhibit area, a huge bird foot with talons came down from the ceiling to grasp one exhibit. Behind that, a giant snake head also hung down from the ceiling.

A gift shop was present to safisfy any need for books, postcards, posters, maps, trinkets, toys or other cute, useful, or merely informative items.

An exhibit called, "The Changing Marsh Is a Challenging Home." Note how each exhibit is rendered in three-dimensions.

On the way back after the hike, and just outside the gift shop and restrooms, two boot cleaners were present to remove mud from your foot apparel.
