![]() Most apartment buildings have dull corridors. This Avalon Apartments building displayed art at the end of its hallway. The art coupled with indirect lighting created a comfortable and relaxed mood.

![]() The Fairmont Hotel's Tonga Room was located on the lower level at the end of a long hallway. Also on the lower level were conference and meeting rooms.

![]() The conference room area on the lowest level just off from the patio and fountain featured many doors. A glance inside revealed small rooms suitable for modest business meetings.
