The lights were not lit in the corridor because it was daytime. The window at the end of this freshly painted hallway provided the only illumination.

The corridor was lit that night with lots of incandescent bulbs so appeared yellow to the non-white-balanced camera. Late night meant the offices were already closed.

Most apartment buildings have dull corridors. This Avalon Apartments building displayed art at the end of its hallway. The art coupled with indirect lighting created a comfortable and relaxed mood.

The Fairmont Hotel's Tonga Room was located on the lower level at the end of a long hallway. Also on the lower level were conference and meeting rooms.

The conference room area on the lowest level just off from the patio and fountain featured many doors. A glance inside revealed small rooms suitable for modest business meetings.
