The platform at the Union Square Station was filled with people waiting to travel north toward Rose Pak Station or south toward Sunnyvdale.

A system map across from the southbound platform showed that south would lead to Sunnydale.

There were two sets of escalators to go up to and down from the street. This art decorated the halfway plaza.

The up escalator was filled with folks exiting the Union Square Station.
