A couple walked hand-in-hand past the steps leading up into Lafayette Park. Their stride aligned perfectly in the moment of capture to form the letter N.

Rusted bent nails

Outside the fort near the breakwater, three nails had been pounded into a concrete block. One of the three had been bent so that, from just the correct angle, a letter N was formed.
