Rosie's sign read, "Rosie's Just Desserts and Organic Gourmet Coffees."

Rosie's menu was posted alongside the order window. In addition to coffee, mocha, hot cocoa, and hot tea, they also offered cheesecake, strawberry cream cake, lemon bars, chocolate pecan bars, and fruit tarts. The also offered gluten free deserts.

Samples of their deserts were exhibited on glass shelves decorated with feather boas.

On a counter opposite the order counter condiments awaited use. There were two kinds of milk: Rice and Soy. And three kinds of sweetener: Honey, Stevia, and Sugar.
