The mural was painted on a section of wall above a restaurant on Dolores Street near 18th Street.

The mural depicted a man holding a long thin pyramid, while two women looked up at man with a white beard holding sticks. At the top of the mural an arm held the scales of justice.

The artist's signature was located in the lower right of the mural. It simply read, "Mike V Rios," and lacked a date.
