The mural began at the corner and ran the length of the building.

The mural began with a painting of an open mouth with a star over the tongue. That was followed by a megaphone with a ban the bomb symbol on it and it was filled with empty space.

The megaphone was followed by a butterfly, and then the legs of a woman wearing high heels rising upside-down from a clump of grass.

The number 21 was partly truncated by a blue background and one of the woman's legs.

The next part of the mural contained a portrait of the Drag Queen Juanita More.

Behind Drag Queen Juanita More was a sign that read, "21 Seeds."

An echoing heart floated above and to the right and above a bulldog's face. The dog leaked a rainbow.

A slice of an orange floated among stars.

At the left end of the mural was the title of the mural, "Girls Call The Shots." The artist's signature was also at this end of the mural.
