A long wide lawn ran from 3rd Street almost all the way to the bay. The yellow building at the end was an old neighborhood bar and grill. Offices bordered the park along its right, condominiums along its left.

Side paths led into and out of the park from the buildings that bordered it. The building opposite was owned by Nektar "Discovering and developing novel therapeutics and advanced polymer conjugate technologies."

Not a popular park yet. Here a lone man rested on a bench. The only person seen in the park that Sunday afternoon.

Another piece of the park was separated from the main part by a wide foot/bicycle path.

Trees and benches bordered the park. The lone red building behind the park was the only modern bit of color on any of the new building.

Wide wooden steps ran from Terry A Francois Boulevard into the park.
